Sleeping Beauty with the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre 05-20-23
Sleeping Beauty is not just a Disney movie. Before it became a movie, it was one of the most classic ballets. Watch the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre perform the story of a beautiful princess cursed into an eternal slumber until she is awoken by true love’s kiss in this modernized production. Filled with magnificent sets and costumes and an iconic Tchaikovsky score, this wonderful fairytale is fun for you and your family or your troop. You will receive a fun patch.

Rolling into Cookie Season
Get ready to roll into cookie season in style! We will be hosting a party where you can celebrate the start of the cookie season with your fellow Girl Scouts, practice your cookie pitches, and start planning for the Bling Your Booth contest. Most importantly, it will be a party—so get ready for some fun and kick off cookie season with a bang! As a bonus, we will be giving away the Money Masters financial literacy troop kit boxes if your troop signs up with six Girl Scouts or more. You will receive a fun patch.

Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania has teamed up with VicTreeFi to help you earn one of your Cookie Business badges from the comfort of your home this season!

In this shipped program box, you will learn how coin and paper money is produced, create your own design for Girl Scout money, determine your needs vs. wants, and create your own coin purse. The box is available in two sizes: troop and single. The troop box will come with supplies for 12 Girl Scouts and the single box will come with supplies for one Girl Scout.

Program Aide Foundations Training
Girl Scout Cadettes—as a Program Aide, you’ll develop your leadership skills and learn age-level communication techniques and tips for planning and leading activities for younger Girl Scouts.
In this Program Aide Foundations Training, you will learn the important skills needed to work with younger Girl Scouts. Program Aide Foundations Training includes three hours of virtual training. Some Program Aide Foundations Training includes two virtual sessions. You must attend both sessions to complete Program Aide Foundations Training.

Zipline and Wildlife Tour of The Wilds 07-24-23
Calling all animal lovers for a day trip to The Wilds in Ohio! The Wilds is a wildlife preserve, home to many endangered species, with programs to help bring them back to the wild. On this day trip, we will be traveling together to The Wilds for a wildlife tour and a zipline tour of the preserve! Transportation, lunch, a wildlife tour, ziplining, and a fun patch are all included. You must be 10 years old at the time of the event and fit the ziplining requirements in the detailed description.

You will create, build, and explore how designing, engineering, and building race cars is similar to the development of our own, everyday cars. This workshop will get you ready to race your own hand-built cars!
